aeCarbon UltraPA-CF is based on a modified high temperature nylon with a saturated moisture absorption coefficient of only one tenth of ordinary PA6, thus eliminating imperfections in the mechanical properties and dimensional stability of nylon materials that change significantly when absorbed by moisture.

aeCarbon UltraPA-CF has low friction, self-lubricating properties and excellent wear resistance, making it easy to handle all types of heavy duty gearbox or in industrial applications with high wear requirements.
