Intelligent fiber-reinforced technology

Smart Fiber Reinforced technology significantly improves the mechanical properties and heat resistance of the material and alleviates the internal stress during the printing process through the fabric structure of the fibers, which leads to good dimensional stability of the printed part and no warping.

Low sensitivity to moisture

aeGlass ™ UltraPA-GF is based on modified high-temperature nylon with a saturated moisture absorption coefficient of only one-tenth of ordinary PA6, eliminating the deficiencies in the mechanical properties and dimensional stability of nylon materials that change significantly when they absorb moisture.

Super abrasion resistance

aeGlass ™ UltraPA-GF has a low coefficient of friction, self-lubricating properties and excellent wear resistance, making it easily suitable for all types of heavy duty gearbox or industrial applications with high wear requirements.
