Tungsten carbide has exceptional wear resistance due to its high hardness. Both the size and height of the nozzle opening will always remain the same no matter how long or how intensively you use it.

Compared with the reference brass nozzle, the tungsten carbide nozzle is much easier to extrude. In fact, the output flow can be increased by about 80% with the same results.
